We are flexible and are more than happy to work with you or your realtor if our normal hours are an inconvenience.

Our pricing is comparable and competitive to other home inspectors. Our pricing is based on the square footage of the home, age, and distance. Please visit our services page for a breakdown.

A typical home inspection takes about 3 hours, this varies based on size of home being inspected. 

We like to get in the home and get about 2/3rds of the home inspected before the client arrives. This allows us to get a good look at the home and have some solid information to share with you right away. There is no need for the client to be present for the entire inspection (unless they would like to). We collect as much information as we can without any distractions before the client arrives. 

For Example: If you have an appointment @ 2pm we will normally ask you to arrive @ 5pm. We can then go over any information collected and finish the inspection while the client has time to discuss any findings with their realtor. 

We pride ourselves with next day report, often we email the report before noon next day.
